Director doesn't come out of his office or speak to anyone when he does - wouldn't surprise me if he knows more than 5 peoples name. Continually expect you to go above and beyond and of you dare ask about salary increase or being rewarded or recognised for extra efforts and effectively doing 2 peoples role - they say its all good for your development and to "show" your capabilities so you are primed if there is ever an opportunity for a promotion. They try to micro manage to establish control over their clients but don't actually put in the work or the effort to build and maintain good relationships with their clients - they expect you to do that but you must report EVERYTHING back to them. In my short time with the company they made more than half a dozen people due to clients contracts ending and no new work coming in - despite the Director standing in front of everyone telling us how well we doing - 80% over budget and how 2026 was looking even better. Lots of false promises that never happened - like to keep people on FTC so they can drop you - in summary - they pay peanuts and you have to work with monkeys
