      Pros

      Great employees. A lot of very talented and hard working individuals who are largely underutilized. Good benchmark to compare against.

      Cons

      Authority rests solely at the highest levels. Very little offered in terms of personnel development, training mentoring. Few opportunities for advancement either financially and career wise. Focus and direction are constantly shifting.

      Pros

      Talent Tech is a fast pasted work environment with a startup culture. It been a blast to work here and as much as I like the work I love the people. The company is growing fast and very supportive of my areas of interest. If you are passionate about a role or new initiative they don't hesitate to get you involved.

      Cons

      The company is changing very quickly and most employee's have adjusted to the new culture but a few are still lagging behind. Healthcare options for US employees are pretty limited.
