Contingent work force is talented, flexible hours at times

Short term assignments If you ou are a contractor you are treated badly by the in-house HR staffing... The RPO company has a long ways to go in knowing how to treat the contingent work force. If you are finished with a contract they will EMAIL you and let you know they will contact YOU IF they have any work You are reviewed by management from your previous assignment but you never know if that review is good or bad. It is a mess. Middle management appears to not know what they are doing. Constant loss of contracts.
