Cons
Disconnect between leadership and the front lines of service delivery effecting best practices. Quick to delegate implementation decisions without follow-up to ensure it will be a positive value add to service delivery rather than negatively impacting the client. Internal PRO process has minimal support this past year as it relates to systems, HR & leadership. Organization services clients very well yet tends to neglect the needs of internal teams to best service.
