Pros

Salary is always paid on time.

Cons

The HR policy here is very bad for employees. This year the company reduced one day from the Eid holiday, but they are not paying employees for that day. It feels like the company is taking money from employees. Also, it is very hard to take annual leave. If someone asks for leave, HR often says they will mark it as Leave Without Pay (LWP) instead of approving earned leave. This creates a very frustrating work environment where employees feel their rights are not respected.

Growing Processes: As the company grows, some operational processes and documentation are still playing catch-up. You need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity sometimes. Fast-Paced: Project timelines can be aggressive. While the team supports each other, you have to be ready to switch contexts quickly. Communication: Inter-departmental communication is good but could be streamlined further to ensure everyone is 100% aligned on changing requirements.

1.Taking leave is very difficult.They show that you can take 34 paid leave but the reality is you can take 10-12 leave in a single year. 2.Eid vacation is limited to 4-5 days only where all other companies in bangladesh give 7-10 days eid vacation. You must join the office after only one day of eid. 😡 3.They can not care about your mental health. 4.The quality of meal they proide is very low 5.Salary is very low 6.Salary review is very low
