We work with exciting and cool tech Companies The L&D training provided when you start is outstanding and you will be continually up skilled throughout your time at TP The products we provide for our customers are second to none - they really help enable their teams to scale effectively and efficiently as well as help to successfully drive change where need be Very inclusive and diverse team - I really feel like I can be myself working here The People team are continually trying to improve employee experience at TP - even though this is already 1st class Great social events, which aren't just going to the pub Excellent work/life balance and flexibility if you need to WFH (even though we're in once a week) Very supportive environment The stakeholders continually keep us up to date on how the Company is performing and new customers being on-boarded Well documented and achievable career development plans
