I think that as the work unfolded digitally, in terms of media and advertising, the agency is remarkable. However, in terms of digital communication, it could move away from the traditional agency bureaucracy and structure, realizing that digital demands more creative fluidity and is a faster-paced environment. But I also understand that there's a whole level of bureaucracy involved from the client's side as well, right?
