A highly supportive wider team, always on hand and happy to help with absolutely anything. There has never been a moment where I have felt lost or stuck and not known who to turn to, or been afraid to ask for help. The team are absolutely outstanding, always eager to support one another, recognise and celebrate achievement and credit is given where due. Very open, transparent management - you always know what's going on behind the scenes and they go above and beyond to make you feel included and valued. They really understand the value of work-life balance, offering flexibility where required. Innovation and creative problem solving are encouraged, prompting independent thinking and providing a safe space for sharing best practices and ideas with the wider team. If something isn't working or can be improved, we are actively encouraged to share this and I have seen changes made through employee voice. In terms of work, the variety of projects is vast and always interesting - there are always new challenges and opportunities to improve, learn new industries and sectors and personally and professionally develop.
