      Low Pay for TONS of Work - Resume Writer Talent Inc. Employee Review

      Pros

      working from anywhere, extra cash is nice, but they pay only once a month.

      Cons

      They expect you to do a TON of editing, research, formatting, writing, etc. which takes hours for $28. I've been working on a single project for 3 weeks because of a non-responsive, entitled customer. Customers pay $100's of dollars so of course they expect that I'M getting paid that much. Who is getting all of this money when I am doing all of the work?!

      Thank you for your note. I agree that compensation can be difficult and not aligned with the level of efforts in some cases, given the level of variability that exists in different projects. We are working on better assessing complexity and segmenting that appropriately so that we can compensate accordingly.       Pros

      The company works perfectly well. They don't delay any payment to the employees. Incase of any issues they reach out within the shortest time possible and get is solved asap
