- If a mistake is made and if that mistake is made by a foreign employee, than it's not a mistake, it's just a normal thing in workflow even if the mistage is really huge and negatively affects the sales.
- There is no well-planned schedule on projects, sometimes your 3-month work can go to thrash just by one word that comes from boss's mouth, even if he said to you to do so for the 3 months.
- No reason to trust the company on continuity of working, you can be fired in 3 hours without a single warning even if you didn't do anything bad.
- Don't trust your colleagues, they always look for your small mistakes to report it to HR.
