The agency is thriving and growing! In the current fiscal year we have already added several new programs in mental health and addictions services and nearly 50 new staff members! The HR department works very hard to support both the agency and our employees. The Executive team discusses staff welfare at every team meeting and has established some rather extensive measures to support our staff in their work, recognize them for their contribution, help them grow their career, and nurture their well-being in so many ways. A necessary part of any non-profit involves responsibly managing our monetary resources and protecting the long-term success of our programs and services, as well as the total compensation we can offer our staff each year.
