Nice company but poor management (in my case) - IT Project Manager Talan Employee Review

The management was really uneven I think. The employees doing some audit have a very structured management, almost like mentoring, helping them to structure and plan their work with the client on a very regular basis. They are really transmitting their knowledge to the new ones in a structured and efficient way. But in my case, I didn't find that the few meetings with the managers really helped me to progress and be more efficient in my work. (Even though the managers were really nice)
