I had the opportunity to join Talan during the pandemic which was not an easy situation to start a new role. The management team was always there to support me during the onboarding phase. We are a small team which allows us to give our opinion and it is taken into consideration. The management and the organisation is making sure that we have the right condition to work but also to offer the right projects to the consultants. Participation to value added projects in the digital field. The management put the pressure at the right level to succeed not only in terms of results but also in terms of personal growth. Possibility to get training via the training platform. Good work/life balance
