Cons
-No system for punishment or reward,
-it's very normal to send important things by mail to be ignored.
-no clear channels for complaints, and complaints are not taken seriously.
-one of the top management has a very bad attitude and caused many people to leave the company. so there is some Nepotism. but his attitude is an exception. as most of the top management are good attitude and amazing experience.
-No clear learning plan for new employees.
