Pros

Lovely people, decent pay, good incentives

Cons

Door to door sales are not regulated meaning sales staff will say and do whatever it takes to secure a deal. This approach is catastrophic and has a detrimental effect on the customer and the staff who are required to pick up the pieces. Lead times on resolutions can range anywhere between weeks and months due to breaks in the chain of command.

Pros

Good Working Culture and looked after. Good colleagues.

Cons

The pay for new recruits is lower, there is more work, and there is no budget for training. There are fewer holidays, only 21. Other than occasional outings, there are no birthday holidays or any other benefits.
