Pros

Flexible work (depending on department) Nice co-workers Certain roles and people are given a fair amount of lateral for growth opportunities

Cons

Inexperienced CEO leads to some unnecessary growing pains that could be avoided Seasonal work is much more intense than advertised Salaries are mediocre compared to averages New requirement to be in office 2-3 days per week removes some of the great flexibility we once had Lots of changes at Sr Leadership level - good changes overall but thick in the storming phase Lack of real D&I

Pros

Fun events for staff throughout the year

Cons

Hybrid is the only option. They made all employees go into the office if they live within 50 miles of the office, even if employees were hired as remote employees, but continue to hire remote employees out of state. They don’t promote from within much anymore… unless you work in HR- somehow they get promoted yearly. Lots of turnover recently not many original folks left as HR would rather hire from outside then promote the hard working internal folks which leads them teaching their boss the job. Pay is a little low for the job and hours expected to work. Unlimited PTO is abused by some employees and leaves those who care left to work the job of two people. They need to put more money into hiring customer service employees who man the phones and emails.
