      Lots of learning. Excellent team culture. Everybody is helpful and capable.

      Goals can change very abruptly sometimes. Project scope changes at last minute.

      Good Environment, Good Facilities, People are awesome

      Cons

      Only MTO's and Engineers are paid well. All new hires from LUMS. Do not give opportunities to their current employees. CEO has lowest EQ.
