      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working at Taiv - it's a great atmosphere with a great team. The work is challenging and rewarding and management is supportive. Everyone works hard but nothing crazy compared to other startups.

      Pros

      -Taiv treats everyone like an owner -They provides tools to set one up for success -The company is always open to suggestions and feedback -The team... all around a dream to work alongside each and every member! -Huge opportunities to move up at the company!!

      Cons

      -Every role at the company is crucial. This often requires a lot of stress & pressure to achieve goals across all departments. -Fast pace work environment that is always changing (for the better). Have to be able to adapt quick and made intelligent trade offs. -Odd tasks may fall outside of 'job description'.
