      Family business ... entire family's main duty is to insult, swear and disrespect to staff. Male boss always considers himself the kind of the world. No management at all. The boss fires staff without warning.

      Very stressful, boss temper is completely unpredictable , u can get fired in all of a sudden without a reason , work on Saturday ,poor management
