Pros

When working in the office there’s free snacks, drinks & breakfast. Excellent induction for new starters Equipment supplied for what you need to do your job

Cons

Long working hours They work hard and at a 100 miles per hour so expect to hit the ground running with no room for errors Real mixed bag of people, some people are super friendly & supportive, but then there’s the people that are clearly on a power trip, love to give their opinion on how to do your job (even when they’re not in your team) and they will go behind your back instead of directly to you. you have to stand your ground & always back yourself & not be easily offended.

Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It’s great to hear that you felt our InDogtion was excellent - this is exactly what we aim for. I’m disappointed to hear of your experience with receiving feedback and working with others. We‘d encourage any of our team to reach out to their People Partner if they’re having trouble navigating tricky situations. We do believe in the value of an open feedback culture and this should be given directly and with good intentions. Please reach out to me if you’d like to chat about this in any more detail. Thanks again for your contribution to changing the world of pet food for good. Thanks, Henrik Malmquist Head of People

Pros

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career.

Cons

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career. On the flip side, you trade away some control over your time and decisions, deal with office politics and bureaucracy, and face limits on flexibility and earning potential. It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
