5yThank you for your comments on your time at Maidbot. I’m sorry to hear you felt like you were burning out while working at the company.
It’s extremely important that our team members get to live a healthy lifestyle that supports both their personal and professional lives. In recent years, we have set up more company holidays while encouraging team members to take the time they need to refresh (our company policy entails unlimited paid time off).
We also agree on the importance of providing respect to room attendants and all of our clients and partners. In the past year, we have incorporated a more rigorous hiring process to ensure we are adding team members that have strong skills with a clear cultural fit. With a core A team, a strategy that will help us scale significantly, and a round of financing closed, we couldn’t be more excited for the future.
