Good learning environment for recruiting, solid teamwork with friendly coworkers, weekly pay, nice office This is the second or third time I've tried to leave a review. somehow they keep not being updated

Unfortunately, I was hired on as a hybrid worker- I checked with every person during interview and with my manager once I was hired that my role was to remain hybrid- the sole reason I accepted the job. I had a good work history and was building a good worker base and commission, but based on the needs of the company to have everyone back on site "for coaching", the hybrid schedule was revoked. Very disappointed because I enjoyed the work, my team, and a lot of other parts of of the job. I was not struggling in my role and did not need coaching. When i shared my complaints with hr and upper level management it became clear that my needs did not concern them, no matter what i was told upon hire. very disappointed.
