Pros
The Pay is decent and very clear. There was no negotiations or tricks, they just said what they paid and everyone on the same level gets the same. When they start hiring at a higher rate, everyone automatically gets a raise. Sometimes there are lulls in the work Meaning you can have a long paid break.
Cons
Management is incoherent. It is always unclear what is going on or what we are doing next. Understaffed. High Turnover, very experienced means like 4 months experience. Very much a "Boys Club" inappropriate jokes and comments are widely tolerated.
