Cons
- Pre-COVID, huge staff turnover/firings. At least 6 left the business in 6 months. - Refused to furlough an additional 6 employees during COVID-19 and made them redundant, yet continued extensive hiring during the same period. - “Perks” are used to conceal glaring inadequacies, lack of management experience and poor culture. - The Glassdoor reviews don't reflect true sentiment and culture. I was attracted to the company by several glowing reviews, and what I experienced couldn't be further from their descriptions. I would suspect many are fake and extensive replies to any unfavourable ones are used to deflect & diminish unflattering truths. On the surface, feedback is welcomed, but in my experience, it's hastily ignored. - Employees are often kept on “extended probationary” periods to enable management to dismiss them with little cost & avoid pension contributions. - Employee favouritism.
