Pros

The community is great as long as you don't have thin skin. It can get intense at times but if you're right for the job, industry, and company, you'll actually enjoy this quite a bit. Competitive pay/benefits etc and very focused and dedicated management.

Cons

During very busy times, work/life balance can be quite skewed but again, this needs to be expected in certain lines of work.

I honestly cannot think of one positive thing to include.

Cons

Leadership focuses more on finding reasons to terminate employees than on developing them. A small clique dominates the culture with gossip and exclusion, creating a toxic environment. In over 30 years of professional experience, I’ve never seen employees treated so poorly. Being let go from TailWind felt less like a loss and more like being set free.
