Pros

I don't have any positive experience with Taher.

Cons

The management is disrespectful, unappreciative and belittling. Upper management does not understand daily operations. Must pay for 100% of your benefits The communication is awful and there is no incentive since the pay is so ridiculously low with extremely high expectations and demands. The company offers money above what they are willing to pay, they do it to attract employees, they promise to pay you what you are asking for, which is equal to the maximum they offer after a month, but it never happens. When employees ask for a raise since they see that they offer more for new employees, they explain that they are not going to pay the maximum they offer, they only publish it to attract more people. Poorly organized.

Pros

Travel was interesting, met lots of interesting folks. Chef council was constantly working on recipes that made for interesting menu additions. Work for most locations was Monday-Friday.

Cons

Their pay is not competitive whatsoever, middle management often fails to communicate properly with ground management and staff often leading to poor worker morale and low-quality output. I worked for the B&I side of the company, which tended to struggle with overselling their capabilities to clients, which in turn lead to poor working conditions.
