Most accounts are M-F, 1st shift Get to utilize your creativity Management team and corporate office personnel are all outstanding and very competent at their job. Fair and competitive pay Plenty of opportunities to be promoted from within and take on new duties The CEO will go to accounts to actually COOK with kitchen staff and SERVE the guests as they come through the serving line. Have you ever seen a CEO even touch a knife? Always at the fore front of culinary innovations , even starting trends that become nationwide industry standards.

Cons

Not enough young people want to get into this industry and make a career for themselves.

Pros

Travel was interesting, met lots of interesting folks. Chef council was constantly working on recipes that made for interesting menu additions. Work for most locations was Monday-Friday.

Cons

Their pay is not competitive whatsoever, middle management often fails to communicate properly with ground management and staff often leading to poor worker morale and low-quality output. I worked for the B&I side of the company, which tended to struggle with overselling their capabilities to clients, which in turn lead to poor working conditions.
