      - full internal transparency - very open communication lines across all levels - very committed and passionate leadership - very knowledgeable and personable colleagues - normal working hours and generous PTO

      - still early stage in terms prioritization, so long term planning is difficult - more a mindset than a con: must be open to learn new things frequently

      The internship project I worked on was very interesting and allowed me to learn a ton while developing my skills. Great employees, and the outings were all very fun.
