      Pros

      3 Days WFO but able to WFH when needed. Commissions come in quickly and you see your efforts pay off.

      Cons

      Lack of training makes relying on executives difficult.

      Pros

      Tagtoo is a great online ads startup which is also a DSP. I grew up very fast because of my kind mentor who'd like to share his experience and hard skills to me.

      Cons

      Normal salaries but good employee welfare. I can't come up with other cons anymore

      flexible working hour,nice Boss and colleague ,free chips

      too heavy workload ,need bring your own computer, less annual leave
