It is a normal stress place most of the time.

They don't want a designer, the owner wants you to just make their design. You have no creative freedom.

They are very generous company

Management is somehow weird. I don't know the feeling but it feels like you will be ending up not comfortable. Many employees suffered from depression. Too many jobs to handle by one person I stayed for a month only
