Pros
Occasionally bonuses are given, however, they are based on how the President feels as opposed to productivity.
Cons
No medical (only dental), not a positive or professional work environment, employees are not adequately compensated for the sales they produce, practices and procedures are very unstructured, the president does not communicate clearly and then yells at staff if things are not done they way he wanted. Also, there is high turnover. I suspect he tries to get rid of people before they are eligible to collect bonus for retirement after 2 years of employment.
