Great team building events - company is a start up so limited funds but I could see management trying to celebrate the team where they could.

Hired immature people in production where a lot of entitlement for not working was the mindset. Unfortunately lost a big contract which resulted in a reduction of the workforce. Hopefully 2025 will be a rebound year for them.

None that I am aware of.

I worked at Tag Systems for a significant period and, unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The company consistently overpromises and underdelivers, both to employees and clients. Leadership lacks real experience, and poor management decisions are a regular occurrence. Instead of taking accountability, senior management often shifts blame onto employees, creating an environment of distrust and frustration. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant, making it difficult for hard-working employees to advance based on merit. If you’re not part of the “in-group,” expect to be overlooked regardless of your contributions. Additionally, the current site director has a habit of gaslighting employees, especially if concerns are not documented with a solid paper trail. The work environment is tense, with little support or recognition for those who genuinely try to improve processes. If you thrive in an environment with strong leadership, clear expectations, and professional integrity, this may not be the right place for you.
