You’ll have *some* nice people to work with and it’s not absolutely terrible pay.
Cons
Tactive is very cliquey and favoritism runs wild. Reactive business decisions with no long-term plan & consistent layoffs. If you’re not sucking up to upper management, you’ll get constantly looked over and ignored. The executive team has their favorites.
