- good team including management and supervisors - comprehensive training - pay was not bad for the work - remote work with equipment provided - cost of insurance was not taken out of salary
Cons
- no job security; I worked for a call center whose service did not get renewed, and there was no way to move to a different client, so every worker was laid off
