Cons
- Pretty demanding “always on” culture. Be prepared to receive messages/emails at all hours of the day that you’re expected to respond to. You also won’t be a stranger to tight turnaround times for assignments. And some of the former FBI & CIA agents can be a bit overbearing and demanding.
- At the same time not much of a social culture. Although there are opportunities for real teamwork, everyone primarily works in their own lanes doing their own thing especially since Covid.
