      Flexible, great work environment, great benefits, unique industry. Freedom to find better ways to do things. Never micro-managed.

      Cons

      Although, they do have great benefits and you won't find a more comfortable, fun and exciting place to work for, they do not have a very competitive pay scale.

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits. Paid leave average- start with 40 hours and can gain another 40 in a year. Appreciate their employees and make time for camaraderie.

      Cons

      The walls are gray, but that's about it. Seems small but makes the atmosphere seem a little gloomy.
