Sometimes the company feels they are stuck in the past--often favoring outdated workflows and methods.

Company places premium on QOL and taking care of high performers. Mission is absolutely fantastic with real purpose. Strong culture, does not lay off hard workers.

Challenging aviation industry. Resource limited in some areas; pay is good, not great. Heavy travel required in some positions.
