As with any high-growth startup, the CRO is under immense pressure to deliver results. A high bar is set across the commercial organization with a laser focus priority on the customer. The CRO is tough but fair - i.e sets expectations, corrects you when you go off course, listens to why expectations are not being met, adjusts the performance or behavior, and ultimately rewards success or disciplines failure. In addition to having a visionary CEO, really cool product and generous compensation package for both men and women, the high bar set and fully engaged CRO is the reason why our customer base is growing at such a tremendous pace.

On the flip side, this high bar also quickly brings to light under-performers which can unfortunately lead to disgruntled employees that may purposely set out to cause whatever harm they can to the company by spreading rumors.
