      Pros

      Very nice community, everyone was friendly, very female-filled, especially in leadership. There were free lunches, snacks, events.

      Cons

      As an intern whose position was unexpectedly prolonged after my original summer of working, they were not very prepared for my position. I didn't have a real email, there was a shortage of work, etc.
