Management does not plan things ahead

You can take your breaks and lunch when u want to

Not enough management involved training Girls are petty Work upstairs in back corner of manufacturing plant Make you work Sundays to have holidays off Make you work through dangerous situations, ie propane leaks Do not allow you to receive medical care without threatening to fire you for dr appointments or surgeries Advertise the position with a higher rate of pay the offered Supervisor does not treat each employee equally Management makes decisions that set employees aganist each other ie one employee out with COVID so supervisor permenantly gives responsibilities to other employees creating one employee to be overworked causing friction between employees None of the employees in customer service are happy or satisfied with their job, the management or the work expectations placed on them
