      Pros

      Talented staff, good paper minus the owner.

      Cons

      The owner is dishonest and profits at the expense of his employees and advertisers. Not an honest bone in his body. I cant imagine how much he owes in total to all past employees and past advertisers and shocked at how he throws all of them under the bus thinking it helps his image and to try to get out of being responsible.

      Loved working for this company, great people an laid back enviorment.

      At the time i couldnt wrk evening hrs due to transportation issues.

      Pros

      The staff is a good group of folks who genuinely have the community's best interest at heart.

      Cons

      The publisher is notorious for issuing bad paychecks, if he manages to pay you at all. Don't expect any sort of financial security at this company. And good luck trying to get your owed wages after you quit! Many former employees (myself included) still have yet to see a cent.
