      Pros

      Some of the leadership team really cares. Pay is ok and a decent work life balance can be done.

      Cons

      The health benefits are not great and expensive. Lack of training and consistency. Difference in expectations across the restaurants by leadership. Newer leadership team is constantly threatening and demanding we threaten or write up our employees instead of development.
