Money making mindset and totally without employee respect. Low or No benefits at all. Makes big difference when salaries are small and benefits are none. Not a great work culture If you are not deputed on client side then forget your salary. Its never full salary of your offer that goes by 80-20 or 70-30 rule and increases based on time you spent with company but never seen it.
