Pros
Benefits are great, mainly because of the Ex-Patriots from Japan. They won't pay for health care so the company pays 100% without employee contributions. Eighteen Holidays plus 18 vacation days. Japanese like to travel back to Japan
Cons
Late night calls with Japan, expect you to work 12 hours a day because that is the Japanese culture. Moving entire departments to the Mfg. Plant in Tennessee. No severance if you can't move, they just expect you will do it for the company. Worked here 8 years and this is all the thanks we get, "advance warning" to find another job!
