      Poor communication, micromanagement and distrust, unsafe shortcuts taken often, bait and switch tactics used with both employees and customers.

      Pros

      Cheap pies if you can make it to the thrift shop. A handful of decent folks at the plant level. The potential for this to be a time of change.

      Cons

      Plant management and supervision are stone-age. Technology is good but a crutch for bad leadership. Older employees allowed to flaut rules while better trained newer employees get ignored or responsible for cleaning it up.
