      Pros

      Office culture is based on how to irritate your colleagues and clients, I have never seen a satisfied client in Tabarak Holding for real estate, over promising clients and in marketing department there is all the hustle. On the level of HR it's a total mess, you don't have a contract, no medical insurance and above all no social insurance, you would be lucky if you get your whole salary at the end of the month.

      The main challenge in working there is introducing yourself over and over to the daily new marketing manager they get out of the high turnover in marketing department. No clear plan, No clear objectives just a messed up managers trying everything they can with employees for sales sake only, no branding or PR
