Pros

1. Open culture 2. Festival welfare and birthday cake for staff 3. Young colleagues

Cons

1. Weekly toxic meetings blaming each other and Tai-Chi style between departments, or acting innocent. 2. Disorganized company and even SOP is set but some folks are not clear and kept asking. Asking same question repeatedly, no efficiency 3. Boss like to message after working hours, from 9pm to 3am.

Pros

they have no advantage I do not recommend them to anyone they cause problems for everything

Cons

I do not recommend this factori COMPANY to any company because of the poor work, the lack of communication and many other things and even if you comply with the release contract they charge you whatever they want, they are charging me 1000 dollars and they have been charging me for more than a week and they don't release me

Pros

TaFtc is a company that truly values innovation and creativity. Their commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment stands out as a prime reason to work there. The company actively encourages employees to share ideas and contribute to projects, creating a vibrant atmosphere where diverse perspectives are not just appreciated but celebrated. Their emphasis on professional development through training programs and mentorship opportunities is commendable, allowing employees to grow and excel in their careers. Moreover, the work-life balance initiatives, such as flexible schedules and remote work options, enable employees to maintain a healthy equilibrium between personal and professional life.

Cons

Despite the company's many strengths, there are some areas where improvements could be made. One notable aspect is the communication flow between different departments. Sometimes, there's a lack of transparency in decision-making processes, leading to confusion among employees about the company's direction. Additionally, the workload can be overwhelming at times, which might affect the work-life balance that the company strives to support.
