      Higher than average compensation. Average tech levels.

      Cons

      Management at all levels is lost and lacks accountability, resulting in a toxic culture, specifically within the mostly Asian leadership. Lacks understanding both outside APAC market and the ability to look into the future. Firing talent before their contributions can even take effect.
