      flexible, good work life balance, great relationship with the TWU, EBA negotiations to ensure default superannuation status

      Cons

      limited future outlook, not willing to change name to better brand ourselves outside transport/logistics, product limited - needs enhancements to be commercially viable, spends too much money at board level on sponsorships
