Great Support from training to taking live calls, and beyond! Payroll on time Flexible working hours Accommodating of holidays on the whole Overtime optional, definitely no pressure to do any more than contracted hours..although overtime is available readily. KPI targets easily achievable , scored 100% on my first one after 6 weeks training on the IKEA campaign!
Cons
As yet i have found none, everything is handled fairly, thoroughly and the TL'S are supportive, accommodating and knowledgeable. Been working here 2.5 months now and so far it's my fave customer service role, i have worked for other companies in this sector too , honestly seen none of the bad behavior reviewed on here displayed in my time with the company, everyone seems lovely i have encountered, plan to stay with webhelp as long as they will have me.
